Owner Cynthia Peters, a personal chef and food writer, offers cooking classes that highlight the art of seasonal country cooking and traditions from around the world. Sessions are conducted at her restored 1830’s farmhouse, Willow Hill in Hillier Township — one of the regions top wine growing areas.
